El presente artículo aborda el tema de la asistencia social en México; su evolución y la destacada participación en este campo, del Sistema Nacional para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (DIF Nacional) institución que durante cuarenta años, ha contribuido a la superación de la vulnerabilidad de la población mexicana. / The theme of this article, is the social care in México; it’s evolution and the outstanding participation in this field, of the National System for the Integral Developing of the Family (National DIF), institution which for forty years, has contributed to the overcoming of the vulnerability of the Mexican population.
