El presente trabajo tiene el objetivo de mostrar el bosquejo bibliográfico del denominado desarrollo sostenible, creando un panorama en el pasar histórico, al igual que los elementos que intervienen dentro del eco-desarrollo, los elementos que integraron el desarrollo sustentable como es la economía verde, el capital natural, la economía ecológica y su relación con el subsistema social y su impacto dentro de las organizaciones.

The paper’s goal is to show the bibliographic outline of what’s called sustainable development, creating a review in the history, as well as in the elements which integrate sustainable development as the green economy, the natural capital, ecological economics and its relation to social subsystem and its relationship with the social subsystem and its impact within the other organizations.
