En este artículo se analizarán distintas sentencias de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación relacionadas con el proceso penal acusatorio. Se propone que el Tribunal Constitucional ha dictado fallos que, no obstante su importancia, han recibido poca atención.

In this paper different judgments of the Mexican Supreme Court related to the accusatory criminal process will be analyzed. It is proposed that the Constitutional Court has issued rulings that, despite their importance, have received little attention.
