En el presente artículo se realiza un breve estudio sobre la denominada “restricción o suspensión de derechos y sus garantías” en México contenida en el artículo 29 de la CPEUM con un enfoque meramente positivo con motivo de la Iniciativa presentada por el Ejecutivo de la Unión en el 2013. / The present article develops a brief study of the so-called “restriction or suspension of rights and guarantees” under article 29 of the Political Constitution of the Mexican United States, from a purely positive approach on the occasion of the initiative presented by the Executive in 2013.
