Principios del Ius Puniendi aplicables al ámbito electoral

En este estudio se determinan los principios provenientes del Derecho Penal, que han sido retomados por el Derecho Sancionador Administrativo, a fin de establecer las similitudes o diferencias en la forma de aplicación de una materia a otra, pues se considera que los primeros han complementado o enriquecido el ámbito del Derecho Administrativo. Y por último, se analiza la traslación y aplicación de los principios del ordenamiento punitivo al Derecho Administrativo Sancionador Electoral. / In this study the originating principles of the Criminal Law are determined, they have been retaken by the Administrative Sanctioning Right, in order to establish the similarities or differences in the form of application from a subject to another, because it is consider that fi rst ones have fulfilled or enriched the scope of the Administrative Right. And finally, it is analyzed the transferring and application of the principles of the punitive order to the Electoral Sanctioning Administrative Right.
