Democracia interna y justicia intrapartidaria: la sentencia SUP-JDC-021/2002

En el Partido Verde, existen datos preocupantes que no nos autorizan a convencernos en plenitud del ejercicio efectivo y garantista de la democracia al interior de los Partidos políticos mexicanos.
