Este artículo es una síntesis del estudio que se realizó entre algunas ejecutivas mexicanas con el objeto de comprobar la hipótesis de la tesis de Posgrado titulada: "Análisis de la Problemática Laboral que Enfrenta la Mujer Ejecutiva en México, para la Identificación y Mejor Aprovechamiento de sus Áreas de Oportunidad", la cual pretende mostrar que existen algunas habilidades o técnicas que le pueden ayudar a la ejecutiva mexicana a superar los problemas laborales que enfrenta día a día, a mejorar su desempeño y a agilizar su ascenso profesional.

This article is a summary of the study applied to some female mexican executives to prove the hypothesis of the thesis entitled "Analysis of the Labour Problems that Female Executives Face in Mexico to Identify and Take Advantage of their Oportunity Areas", which tries to demostrate the existence of some techniques or skills that can help them to overcome the daily obstacles at their jobs, improve their performance and facilitate the ascension at their professional career.
