El presente trabajo toma como punto de partida el papel tan importante que presenta el carácter humano y lo que desea rescatar ya sea en las dimensiones culturales, sociales o demográficas. En estas líneas se comentarán algunas propuestas teóricas y puntos conflictivos que han tenido relevancia en la discusión sobre el papel de la población en el deterioro de los recursos naturales (Medio Ambiente).

It takes as a starting point the relevance that showsthe human character and what we pretend to rescue in the cultural, social, and demographic dimension. In these lines we will comment some theorical propositions and the most conflictive points that have been relevant in the discussion about the roll of the population in the demage of the natural resources (enviroment).
