La embajada de Chile en Londres durante la segunda guerra de Malvinas

Abstract

En el contexto de un vínculo anglo-chileno caracterizado por la cercanía, y a partir de los archivos de la Embajada chilena en Londres, este trabajo considera las modificaciones que la Segunda Guerra de Malvinas introdujo en la relación bilateral a partir de la revisión detallada de archivos diplomáticos. En este sentido, se consideran las perspectivas que la guerra abrió, y las limitaciones que no pudo vencer.

In the context of an Anglo-Chilean relationship characterized by closeness, and from the archives of the Chilean Embassy in London, this work considers the modifications that the Second Malvinas War introduced in the bilateral relationship from the review of diplomatic archives to detail. In this regard, we consider the perspectives that the war opened, and the limitations it could not be overcome.
