| es_MX |
dc.description.abstract | An exploratory analysis of self-reaction, self-judgment, and self-observation as components of the self-regulation of behavior associated with health measures before the COVID-19 was performed. The research is framed in a sociocognitive proposal under a quantitative approach. Through a reliable questionnaire (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.839) and expressly designed for research, data were obtained from a convenience sample made up of 220 inhabitants of the Toluca Valley, who expressed the adoption, difficulty and relevance of the measures of health in the face of the pandemic. The findings show that there are behavioral modifications in favor of the reproduction of health measures, although it is found that some of them have a higher incidence than others, such as the use of face masks, maintaining a healthy distance and covering the face to cough or sneeze. Conversely, staying home, avoiding rubbing your eyes or face, and using antibacterial gel represent the actions with the lowest incidence. The research is added to the exploratory studies on the subject and, in contrast to those that discuss the psychological effects of confinement, knowledge is provided from the perspective of individual performance in the face of the pandemic. | es_MX |
