El artículo analiza el tema del capital-trabajo en Argentina durante la década del ́40. El gobierno justicialista de entonces intentó establecer un Estado Social pleno para la sociedad no exento de conflictos. Con un amplio criterio de cobertura, se pretendió proteger a los estratos más vulnerables de una sociedad injustamente inequitativa. No siempre se logró de la manera que se planificó. El sector etáreo y social expresado por el colectivo de la Ancianidad tuvo, bajo esta modalidad de implementación, un rol preponderante llegando a establecerse, con rango constitucional, derechos particulares para este sector posicionando a la República Argentina entre los países pioneros en la región. This article discusses the issue of the capital-work in Argentina during the Decade of the 40. The Peronist Government then attempted to establish a Social State full to society not free from conflict.
