Este artículo tiene como propósito analizar la deconstrucción de Jacques Derrida desde su obra A fuerza de ley. En él, también se analizan sus tres aporías, los conceptos de derecho y de justicia, la deconstrucción del concepto de migrante, para finalmente desestabilizar el discurso antiinmigrante de Donald Trump, presidente de los Estados Unidos de América. The purpose of this article is to analyze the deconstruction of Jacques
Derrida from his work A Force of Law. It also discusses its three aperies,
the concepts of law and justice, the deconstruction of the concept
of immigrant, to finally destabilize Donald Trump´s anti-immigrant discourse,
president of the United States of America.
