En Latinoamérica se aprecia que las organizaciones aplican modelos de liderazgo extranjeros que no responden totalmente a las características y cultura de la región, así mismo se observa que un alto porcentaje de las compañías utilizan el modelo autoritario (Stakeholder) para el desarrollo de sus funciones y actividades dentro de los procesos productivos. Con el propósito de contrarrestar esta tendencia, se propone desarrollar un perfil ideal (promedio) del líder latinoamericano que combine el interés por la tarea y por el individuo (Multistakeholder) en busca de un incremento de la productividad y del bienestar individual. En estas circunstancias, se propone la implementación del modelo de Liderazgo Empático y la aplicación de sus principios, los cuales son la base del perfil, además de contemplar la cultura, costumbres y creencias de la región. In Latin America it is observed that the organizations apply models foreign leadership who do not respond fully to the characteristics and culture of the region, also it shows that a high percentage of companies use the authoritarian model (Stakeholder) for development its functions and activities within the production process. In order to counter this trend, it is proposed to develop an (average) ideal profile of the Latin American leader that combines the interest in the job and the individual (Multistakeholder) looking for an increase in productivity and individual welfare. In these circumstances, the implementation of Empathic Leadership model and the application of its principles which are the basis of the profile, in addition to providing the culture, customs and beliefs of the region is proposed.
