Decantación de un proyecto gráfico

Abstract

La tesis Decantación de un Proyecto Gráfico tiene como objetivo el realizar una propuesta de tesis que en conjunto con su proyecto manifiesten formal y conceptualmente un intento por revalorar la factura de dichos documentos y trabajos, a nivel licenciatura, y especificamente a aquellos que corresponden a la Carrera de Diseño Gráfico, al menos dentro de la Universidad La Salle A.C. Para tal efecto se realizó un proyecto que pretexta la exigencia de la misma tesis, que además permitió explorar los medios, materiales, herramientas, elementos gráficos y conceptos generales que apliquen para ello en el entendido de que su aportación deberá ser propositiva formal y conceptual. El proyecto consta de dos libros y cumple con dos ideas básicas que el diseñador gráfico debe tener presentes en su vida profesional. Primera: la generación de un concepto que permita la transmisión de un mensaje por medio de lo gráfico, entendido con claridad, simpleza y, preferentemente, que implicque al ámbito estético. Segunda: las herramientas son una ayuda para materializar un concepto; en la medida que el uso de las mismas esté planeado intencionalmente se obtendrá un mejor resultado en la totalidad del mensaje gráfico, y no sólo en su proceso productivo. El desarrollo de la tesis incluye también, entre otros, trabajo racional, intuitivo, manual y mecánico, empero siempre desde un plano intencional, que se conmuta en un tercer libro, correspondiente a una parte textual explicativa a manera de summa summarum definitiva del todo mismo de la propuesta tesística. Concluyamos que en la tesis y su búsqueda se dé respuestas a ¿qué es una tesis?, ¿cómo debe llevarse a cabo conceptual y formalmente?, ¿pueden alterarse estas consideraciones fácticas?, ¿por qué aparentemente se perdió el intéres en realizar dichos trabajos?, ¿por qué se realizan más como un requisito que como una aportación al conocimiento humano? y a otras; sin embargo, provocó en realidad más dudas que respuestas, tornándose cierta en cuanto a ser una propuesta. Pero el ejercio realizado en la tesis se debe a la integración de variadas circunstancias tan comunes como la recapitulación del conocimiento adquirido durante la educación universitaria, o tan amplias como el planteamiento constante que sigue a la idea de realizar una profesión, cualquiera que ésta sea, como una forma de vida, no como un medio de supervivencia. Simple y compleja al mismo tiempo, la Tesis Decantación de un Proyecto Gráfico se instalará en la existencia justificándose, de lograr resistir los embates del tiempo y sus secuaces.

The objective of the thesis Decantación de un Proyecto Gráfico is making a thesis proposal which altogether with its project show formal and conceptually an attempt to revalue the signature of these documents and works, at a “licenciatura” or bachelor degree, and specifically to those corresponding to the Graphical Design Profession, at least within La Salle University. In order to achieve such effect a project as demandind as the thesis itself was made, allowing to explore the means, materials, tools, graphical elements and general concepts that apply for it, understanding that its contribution will have to be propositive formal and conceptual. The project consists of two books and fulfills two basic ideas the graphic designer must have present in his/her professional life. First: the generation of a concept that allows the transmission of a message by graphical means, understood with clarity, simplicity and, preferredly, that implies an aesthetic side. Second: the tools are an aid to materialize a concept; depending on wether its use is to be planned intentionally or not, a a better result will be obtained in the totality of the graphical message, and not only in its productive process. The development of the thesis also includes rational, intuitive, manual, and mechanical work, among others, although always from an intentional perspective, that is exchanged in a third book, corresponding to an explanatory text as a definite summa summarum way of the wholenenn itself of the thesis proposal. Let us conclude that in the thesis and its search an answer is given to What a thesis is? How should it be carried out conceptualy and formally, These factual considerations can be altered? Why is the interest in making these works apparently lost? Why are made more like a requirement than like a contribution to the human knowledge? and to others; nevertheless, it caused in fact more doubts than answers, becoming certain as far as being a proposal. But, the excercise made in the thesis is due to the integration of varied circumstances as common as the summary of the knowledge acquired during the university education, or as comprehensive as the constant exposition that follows the idea of making a profession, whatever it is, as a way of living, not as a survival means. Simple and complex at the same time, the Thesis Decantación de un Propyecto Gráfico will settle in existence justifying itself, if able to manage resisting the attacks of time and its partisans.
