Ideología y reproducción de la subjetividad en Althusser

Abstract

El objetivo central de este artículo es el de analizar algunos categorías y problemáticas que integran la teoría sobre la ideología del filósofo Louis Althusser, en especial las relacionadas con la constitución de la subjetividad, y con la importancia que ésta tiene en la reproducción de las relaciones sociales de producción. A lo largo del artículo, irán apareciendo los conceptos de reproducción, aparato ideológico, imaginario, interpelación y sujeto, los cuales nos ayudarán a entender: 1) por qué, para el autor francés, la ideología no es una cuestión exclusivamente de ideas, sino de prácticas, rituales y luchas condensadas en aparatos ideológicos; 2) el papel que juegan en el proceso por el cual la ideología es constitutiva de la subjetividad.

The central objective of this article is of analyzing some categories and problematic that shape the theory on the ideology of the philosopher Louis Althusser, especially the related ones to the constitution of the subjectivity and the importance that this one has in the reproduction of the social relations of production. Along the article, there will be appearing the concepts of reproduction, ideological apparatus, Imaginary, interpellation and subject, which will help us to understand thefollowing thing: 1) Why, for the French author, the ideology is not a question exclusively of ideas, but a question of practices, rituals and fights condensed in ideological appara-tus; 2) the role that these play in the process for which the ideology is constitutive of the subjectivity.
