dc.description.abstractEste trabajo surgió dentro del marco conmemorativo de los 800 años de haberse firmado la Carta Magna de Inglaterra, el 15 de junio de 1215. Parte de la hipótesis de que este documento ha influido indirectamente en el desarrollo de los principios de libertad e igualdad contenidos actualmente en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en virtud de que el binomio valorativo que plantea sirve de base a cualquier régimen democrático antiguo o moderno. Con el propósito de comprender el contexto que dio origen a la Carta Magna se hace un breve estudio de la historia inglesa desde su origen primitivo hasta la época feudal, lo que permite entender los intereses que representó en los grupos políticos de poder de aquel tiempo, y posteriormente se analiza el impacto que tuvo en las Constituciones de Norteamérica, España y México respecto al reconocimiento de los derechos humanos, tema que culminó en nuestro país con la reforma constitucional de 2011. / This work arose memorial within the framework of the 800th anniversary of the Constitution of England that was signed on June 15, 1215. Part of the hypothesis that this document has indirectly influenced the development of the principles of freedom and equality currently contained in the Constitution of the United Mexican States, under the evaluative combination that raises underlies any ancient or modern democracy. In order to understand the context that gave rise to the Constitution a brief study of English history is made from its original source to feudal times, allowing understand the interest groups represented in the political power of that time, and then the impact on the Constitutions of America, Spain and Mexico regarding the recognition of human rights, an issue that culminated in our country with the constitutional reform of 2011 is analyzed.es_MX
