Reforma al Código Civil del Distrito Federal en relación con la reasignación para la concordancia sexo-genérica (Opinión)

Abstract

El hecho de que la reforma al Código Civil, publicada el 10 de octubre de 2008, en la Gaceta Oficial del Distrito Federal, establezca que todos los derechos y obligaciones contraídos con anterioridad a la reasignación para la concordancia sexo-genérica continuarán a pesar del cambio, no da seguridad alguna en relación a la forma de dar seguimiento o concluir con ellos, ya que se trata de una sola mención legal, que no establece la manera en que se harán válidos. / The fact that the reform to the Civil Code, published the 10 of October of 2008, in the Official Gacet of the Federal District, establishes that all the rights and obligations contracted prior to the reassignment for the sexgeneric agreement will continue in spite of the change, does not give to security some in relation to the form of following the cases or conclude with them, due that it is a single legal mention, that does not establish the way in which they will become valid.
