Diálogos de paz de La Habana en el contexto del conflicto armado colombiano (2012-2016)
Abstract
En el contexto del conflicto armado colombiano en el 2012 comenzaron las negociaciones del proceso de paz entre el Gobierno de Colombia y las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC), donde mediaron Cuba y Noruega. El resultado fue favorable y derivó en la desmovilización del grupo guerrillero. En este artículo se explicarán los Métodos Alternos para la Solución de Controversias, haciendo especial énfasis en la Mediación. Se presentarán las causas de origen del levantamiento armado en Colombia y se explicará en qué consistió este nuevo proceso de paz y se analizarán los resultados obtenidos de la desmovilización de las FARC. In the context of the Colombian armed conflict in 2012, the negotiations of peace process began between the Government of the Republic of Colombia and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). In these negotiations the governments of Cuba and Norway were involved as mediators, achieving a result the favorable culmination of the negotiations that led the demobilization of the guerrillero
group. This paper will explain what the Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods are, with special emphasis on Mediation which was the method used in the negotiations. Subsequently, the causes that gave rise to the armed uprising in Colombia will be presented. Once understood the conflict will be explained what this new peace process consisted and what role the mediators played in the negotiation process was, for later analyze the results obtained that culminated with las FARC demobilization.
