Nietzsche: ocaso y crisis de la verdad

Abstract

Uno de los elementos centrales de la crítica nietzscheana a la cultura occidental es su crítica a la noción de verdad. A partir de esta crítica el sentido objetivo de la verdad ha quedado en crisis, dejando abierta su comprensión a un horizonte de interpretación distinto al sostenido por la tradición filosófica occidental. En este artículo se abordará el marco de pensamiento en el que aparece actualmente la experiencia de la verdad después del ocaso de la verdad y su puesta en crisis. Del mismo modo se expondrán algunas de las implicaciones en el marco ético y político, como es el caso del surgimiento en nuestra época del fenómeno de la “posverdad”.

One of the central elements of Nietzschean criticism of Western culture is its critique of the notion of truth. From this criticism the objective sense of the truth has been in crisis, leaving open its understanding to a horizon of interpretation different from that held by the western philosophical tradition. This article will address the framework of thought in which the experience of truth now appears after the decline of the truth and its setting in crisis. In the same way some of the implications in the ethical and political framework will be exposed, as is the case of the emergence in our time of the phenomenon of “post-truth”.
