This work presents a methodology that includes new grades of competence evaluation using linguistic labels. The proposed approach is based on Hamming distance between fuzzy sets, which allows determine both the profile of the employee subject to evaluation and the requirement profile of the job. The main result is a new method for a reliable comparison both the profile of the employee subject to evaluation and the requirement profile of the job, based on fuzzy logic."
