Abstract
The conception of the indigenous matter is a sociojuridic construction that was developed outside the cultural environment in which indigenous communities exist, especially when dealing with the jurisdictionality of external regulatory systems; therefore, the indigenous groups of Mexico have been, from their theoretical conception, vulnerable to the
systems of hegemonic thought of the current mexican legal system, and
with this they suffer the direct violation of assisting before the Law; a
Law that does not respond to its worldview, its axiological fields, or its
social reality.
