Democracia interna y justicia intrapartidaria: la sentencia SUP-JDC-021/2002

Abstract

En el Partido Verde, existen datos preocupantes que no nos autorizan a convencernos en plenitud del ejercicio efectivo y garantista de la democracia al interior de los Partidos políticos mexicanos. La sentencia SUP-JDC 021/2002 constituyó un hito en las relaciones de los partidos con la Justicia constitucional electoral y estableció criterios que tendrían gran impacto en la reforma al texto fundamental y en posteriores decisiones. / In the Green Party, there are worrying data that do not permit us to fully convince the effective exercise and guarantor of the democracy inside the Mexican political parties. The SUP-JDC judgment 021/2002 was a milestone in the relations of the parties with electoral and constitutional justice established criteria would have great impact on the reform of fundamental text and subsequent decisions.
