Reflexiones jurídicas en torno al asociacionismo deportivo mexicano

Abstract

El Asociacionismo Deportivo es uno de los principales temas de estudio del Derecho deportivo que desafortunadamente ha sido escasamente tratado por la doctrina jurídica nacional. Por ello, la presente investigación, profundizando sobre el tema presentará una serie de datos que permitirán identificar la riqueza de su contenido. En ese sentido, en este trabajo, después de fijar un concepto de Asociacionismo Deportivo y hacer referencia a los presupuestos esenciales para su estudio, así como a los principios fundamentales que lo rigen; se estudiarán los antecedentes normativos de dicho Asociacionismo Deportivo en la Ley de Estímulo y Fomento del Deporte, en su Reglamento y en la Ley General del Deporte. Posteriormente, se explicará el régimen del Asociacionismo Deportivo en la Ley General de Cultura Física y Deporte que nos rige actualmente, distinguiendo y aclarando el contenido de sus tres niveles, para después hacer una breve referencia al contenido del Asociacionismo Deportivo Supranacional y explicar la trascendencia práctica del tema en general. / The Sports Association is one of the major topics of study of the Sports Law; which unfortunately has been poorly treated by national legal doctrine. Therefore, this research further on the subject, will present a series of data that will identify the richness of its content. In that sense, in this work, after setting a concept of Sports Association and refer to the budgets essential to their study, as well as the fundamental principles governing it, will explore the history of that policy in the Law of Encouragement and Promotion of Sport, in its regulations and in the General Law of Sports. Subsequently, will explain the regime’s Sports Association in the General Law on Physical Culture and Sport, which currently governs us, distinguishing and clarifying the contents of its three levels, and then make a brief reference to the contents of the Supranational Sports Association and explain the practical signifi cance of the subject in general.
