Cuento de cuentos: un ensayo sobre las fantasías constitucionales

Abstract

El tema de este ensayo se refiere al uso que hacen los hombres del gobierno de ciertos entes abstractos como el Estado, la nación y la soberanía; a la apropiación de los poderes públicos y a la manera en que se hace que tales poderes encarnen en la persona que los emplea dos gobernantes. El ensayo trata también de la utilización y la distorsión del significado de las palabras en las constituciones y las leyes que llevan a cabo esos empleados para justificar sus acciones personales y para dominar a la población.

The theme of this study refers to men who make use of the government of certain abstract entities such as the State, the nation and sovereignty; to the appropriation of public authorities and how it is done that embody such powers in the person of the government employees. The study also refers the use and distortion of the meaning of the words in the constitutions and laws that use these employees to justify their personal actions and to dominate the population.
