El constructivismo aplicado a la enseñanza del derecho

Abstract

En este artículo el lector podrá encontrar una aproximación al concepto de constructivismo, así como los aspectos que lo integran. Una breve referencia a las aportaciones que respecto de esta postura pedagógica realizaron Vygotski, Ausbel y Piaget. Los principios del constructivismo, así como la forma que debe tener un aula constructivista. Con base en todo lo anterior, concluimos la forma de aplicar el constructivismo a la enseñanza del Derecho, indicando algunas técnicas didácticas aplicables a estos fines, y la importancia del alumno para que él logre su propio conocimiento. Todo lo anterior lo ejemplificamos con un modelo propositivo de clase constructivista para el Derecho Civil. / In this article the reader will be able to find an approach to the concept of constructivism, as well as the aspects that integrate it. A brief reference to the contributions that respect to this pedagogical position Vygotski, Ausbel and Piaget made. The principles of the constructivism, as well as the form that must have a constructivism classroom. We concluded the form to apply to the constructivism to the education of Law, indicating some didactic techniques applicable to these aims and the importance of the student so that he obtains his own knowledge. All the previous one, we exemplified it with a propositive model of constructivist class for the Civil Law.
