Impacto financiero de un capital constitutivo en una PyME

Abstract

A partir del hecho jurídico de que cualquier empresa que no inscriba en tiempo y forma a su personal ante el IMSS, generaría un Capital Constitutivo en caso de que un trabajador sufra un Riesgo de Trabajo y que el costo financiero puede llegar a ser extraordinariamente alto, el objetivo del presente artículo es mostrar qué tan altos son estos costos en un accidente. Todo esto para sensibilizar al sector patronal y que no incurra en conductas omisas y riesgosas, además que comprenda el beneficio social de que, el otorgamiento de la seguridad social influye en la generación de nuevas plazas y en la conservación de las existentes, y también brinda la oportunidad al trabajador de, al final de su vida laboral, disfrutar de seguridad económica y no ser una carga para su familia y la sociedad.

From the legal fact that any company that does not register in time and forms to its personnel before the IMSS, it would generate a Constituent Capital in case a worker undergoes a Risk of Work and that the financial cost can get to be extraordinarily high, the objective of the present article is to show what so high are these costs in an accident, to sensitize the employer sector and that does not incur neglectful and risky conducts, in addition that understands the social benefit of which, when granting the social security, influences in the generation of new employments and the conservation of the existing ones, and also offers the opportunity to the worker that at the end of his working life he enjoys economic security and not to be a load for his family and the society.
